Ramblings are always wagers

Race 1 - #7 BIG BUCKEYE has turned in the best fig of this painfully slow group of Ohio babies -

Race 2 - #8 SHE'S SLAMMED is relatively fresh dropping in class while returning to a winning distance -

Race 3 - #9 YO BERBS was sent to the wolves last time but his Thistldown form is good enough to score here. #3 BILL NACK must be respected at this level -

Race 4 - Dominic Giglio, Jr. Has had his horses ready off the bench. He sends #6 MAJOR ACHIEVENT in this spot -

Race 5 - #1 MISSION CRITICAL could get the best trip. Lasix seems to have turned 8 MAXWELL HILL into a runner -

Race 6 - #2 RED ABYSS faded after matching strides through a freaky fast first quarter last time -

Race 7 - A repeat of his last performance slips #8 LORD OF THE LIGHT past these easily, Giglio gets a training double -

Race 8 - #4 DYNAFOX returns to conditioned claiming competion with a running style that may profit from front end duel of chief rivals #8 SWEET BOO and #9 SMOOTH ARRIVAL -

Race 9 - #6 CONFRONT been facing much better, has a bullet breeze here -

Spot plays for MVRC 12-12-15

Race 2: #8 She's Slammed. Trainer Jeff Radosevich is looking for his 2000 career victory. Dropping from open 10k claimers to 5k NW4L is huge. #6 Crazy Wild Bess. Looks to be the main danger on the front end. "Nabu" has the 3 year old filly firing every time. #1 Our Secret Place. Expect a better run today for her. She galloped around the track against open 8K claimers in her 1st race in 11 months.

Race 4: #5 Pleasant Run. He looks to be the most consistent horse here. His 1st try at MVR was good enough to win. He was wide in the mud every step. #1 Peat Bay. The last time he won was under a similar condition. He won off a short layoff 7-29 going wire to wire. Sullivan has been working him every 7 or 8 days.

Race 8: #9 Smooth Arrival. She is in a positive form cycle. Never been off the board at MVR. #3 Fire Dance. Shows a work between races and switches to Barrios. Expect him to put her in the race earlier today. She won both her starts here last meet. #4 Dynafox. She won in this condition 11-10. She does have a nice late kick when she is in the mood. I think she will be over bet. Must use in exotics though.

One of the toughest cards to 'cap this meet IMO.

Good Luck
RR
