It amazes me how twinspires.com takes something that works properly then REINVENTS the wheel and makes things worse. They must hire hacks that just got out of school. It use to be easy to get handicapping info, now you have to click, then click, then click to view the program and then when you went to wager on the race, you had to close another box that remains on the screen before you can make your wager. I am still waiting for a call back from twinspires.com to explain to me HOW THEY IMPROVED the way customers get the handicapping information they provide. Then again, they haven't called me back from 3 weeks ago about this problem or about how they screwed up twinspiresTV 2 years ago and never called me back despite promising to do so. The funny thing is I am a high level member. If you are not a twinspires.com customer, you have been warned, they DON'T CARE ABOUT RACING! They only care about the casino customer! I got what I deserved and put up with their poor service but I am done and have signed up with a new ADW! Twinspires.com has AWFUL customer service. If you are not a customer, DON'T become one!

I was a YOUBET guy and when they took over, I HATED THEM AND STILL HATE THEM.

I have them as a back up as NYRA used to not take a bunch of tracks at certain times. That problem is now solved. So, I keep them around for times I can't fund another ADW plus I actually like TWIN SPIRES TV for replays (quicker to access replays vs. other sites).

Overall, I'm fairly satisfied with TW. I like their freebies, especially. I've mentioned this several times in the past----everything will go smoothly with Twinspires, JUST DON'T CALL THEM. As you experienced molson, this is the weakest part of their service.

This has always amazed me about major companies---telephone customer service-- is the EASIEST part of serving customers!
