Daily fantasy sports are illegal gambling, New York State's top cop said on Tuesday, demanding that the two largest operators stop taking bets in the state:

Nothing new here as Cuomo wants control of all gambling in the State. Didn't control racing, so he took it. Didn't control DFS so he shut it down. Just think how much more money could go to education....
