Not a chance.

First, it's Halloween. Second, TV is far too fragmented and it is going head to head with college football.

It always goes head to head against college football so I don't see what difference that makes.

The Triple Crown (well, the Derby and then the Belmont if the TC is on the line) ratings always dwarf the Breeders Cup, but I'd expect the Classic itself will do a bit better than usual.

The last few years, though, the Classic has been run in the early evening, eastern time; back to a more traditional, "feature race" time slot this year. I think that would have some kind of negative effect; could be minimal, though.
