Happy Back To The Future Day! All of the Back To The Future enthusiasts on this board will know what I'm talking about. For those of you who haven't seen the trilogy... Do yourself a favor and watch them.

I used to jog past the Twin Pines Mall (Puente Hills Mall, Hacienda Heights Ca) after work around 2am when they were filming parking lot scenes in 1985. It actually went on for a few weeks. I usually jogged down the side walk on the opposite side of the street. I just saw lots of bright lights cars, vans, trucks and people. I didn't find out till after they were done what was going on.

That's awesome! They did multiple scenes from that lot so it doesn't surprise me that they were there that long.

I was watching the national news last nite, and they did a big story about all the "future predictions" of the "classic movie from 1985", etc etc.

Didn't all these predictions came from Back to the Future 2? Not the original classic?

Predictions aside, Back to the Future 2 was a pretty lousy movie. Had none of the magic of the original.

Yes... In 1 they went back to the 50's ... In 2 they went to the future (2015) and in 3 they went back to the western era (1885).

I personally thought 2 was the best one but I'm a huge fan of all three.

Genius marketing by those guys. The product placement in Back To The Future is some of the greatest and most recognizable of all-time in any movie.

Long live Crispin Glover.

You'll probably like this... Talks about his disagreement with the writing and lawsuit, etc.

Yesterday a theatre not to far from me was playing the trilogy... As a huge fan I had to do it and was pretty surprised as it was almost sold out. They did 20 min breaks in between 1 & 2 and 2 & 3...
