Is there any good software out there that helps you make a value line?

The Master Key To Handicapping tapes by Michael Pizzola and Eric Langjher offered a DOS oddsline program as a bonus which makes a very good oddsline. It allows you to enter 3 speeds figures for all the contenders and it then creates two oddsline. A contention oddsline and a fair oddsline.
It is quite good in finding longshots.
