PARX R-7 :2: BILLY THE BULL 5F TURF 82% TURF SPEED BIAS 8-1 ML

Couple horses stands out with the speed bias, :12: Perfectly True & :1: Life Factor--but they've been on the shelf for months. The 'BULL looks sharp, fits on class and pace, is back in 7 days , and surprisingly is the Late Pace Last Race #1. The Fav :4: POOL WINNER tops most of the Bris categories, so naturally he's a toss-out lol. My TIPS software Has 'BILLY atop most of the True Class Figures.....so all in all a decent wager anywhere near the 8-1 ML. 10 W/P
