Too often we hear of the bad and seedy part of this game. It is nice to be able to spread the word of something positive.
A former member in the Pandy Group, Don Tiger, owns horses at the Meadows.
He never met Brad Hanners but is going to do something tomorrow in an effort
to help Brad's family.
He has a horse in the 12th tomorrow and will donate all purse money that he would have received by Marty Megatron (# 5) 3/1. In the event that the horse does not get a check, he will donate $250 to the Hanners family. He said that horsemen have to stick together and help each other in time of need.
