I passed this race, but my watch horse #2 won @ 3-1.
Heavy late action on the obvious/wiseguy #5.
If I had known I would get 3/1 maybe I'd have bet the 2.
I thought others would have done a better job of contending and then 2 would have a good chance of hanging even if she was best today.

:3: - Finger Lakes invader taking money. Should fall victim to the 1.
:5: - Needs the 2 to move prematurely. Otherwise is trying to steal a late 2nd or 3rd.

I will bet the 2 here if I can 8/5 or so.

I will bet the 2 here if I can 8/5 or so.

They let the 2 go off as an overlay at over 2-1.
The jockey of the 2 knew exactly what the 1 had, as he had ridden the horse the last two races, and he rode a perfect race.

Pays 4.40 after the late money. I should have probably passed that race, but the money fooled me, and I'll take the win.

7 pays 6.60. Not a terrible price but he won by a neck after being lone pace and tiring late. 3 faded before the stretch run.
