Just curious on how many people know of this three year old pacer.

I don't agree with the connections refusing to race him outside of Indiana until the Breeders Crown at Woodbine. He is simply a beast and can compete with the best in the sport but why wait until the Breeders where he will be facing those similar to his talent and speed?

If nothing else, it might give some interest to the race. It might turn out to be similar to the Dragons Lair v Nihilator match up in the first breeders for two year olds

I wish the connections had a couple starts under his belt before facing the best in the sport. Freaky Feet Pete may be the best in Hoosier country but he has yet to prove himself outside of the state.

He may be a great horse.

Thanks for the link but still there will only be Indiana breds in the race. If one had that kind of horse why not stake him or supplement him to the bigger races? It has to help his breeding fees to win something like a Meadowlands Pace or the North America Cup. Not to mention the purses along the way would create a larger revenue stream.

It will be a nice test for Freaky Feet Pete given he hasn't faced anything like WIJI in a long long time. If WIJI beats FFP badly would the owners think differently about sending him to the breeders cup?

Have to admit it that Freaky Feet Pete is everything those in Indiana believed him to be. Just wish Wiggle It Jiggleit and him were both on the grand circuit this year. They met twice that resulted in a split decision.
