They may as well have been combined. Same thing.

I had them separate at first in case I wanted to weigh them different ($1 vs $2 vs $3 etc...)
but with a $1 minimum, I didn't want the ticket size to get crazy where no regular players could relate. Normally the 3,9,11 ticket would be slightly heavier.
