We stopped showing the "Favors On/Near the Lead" for races at 10f or longer, but this one surely would have qualified if we still did...and she had improved her figure every time out.

Her early speed was five points higher than all others. 3rd off the lay off, getting Javier. Felt that was enough, so she made a good day a finer one. ;)

And I don't care if the distance is 5f or 12f, speed used correctly is a path to wins...

I was out all day. I watched the replay.
This horse was much the best. Jock never drew the whip. Won under mild urging the length of the stretch. Embellish the Lace was well pointed to the Alabama and also based on my observations, razor sharp.
Kudos to the trainer for getting her ready.
