Does anyone know who is behind www.profit-picks.com and, if so, how to get in touch with them by PHONE?

It doesn't appear that they are selling anything. No contact name or phone number is listed on their site and they never respond back to e-mails.

Try the putting the URL into the Whois directory.

You don't have to register anything. The domain registrar for that domain is:

http://www.domaindiscover.com/

Go there, look on the right for "whois", lookup up profit-picks.com, and you'll find that it was registered by some dude in San Diego....
