Nice field for what should be an excellent race.

I checked for entries but they are not out just yet.

Any idea who is riding Tonalist?

Awesome field. No Super Stars, but a field loaded with G1 winning capable horses.

I assume Honor Code is an extremely light favorite?

Will be a very very interesting betting race, and we'll likely see a number of these in the BC Classic. Can't wait for this one.

This does seem to be an extremely competitive race. Looking forward to it myself!!!

Yes, it will be interesting to see how each horse perfroms as they should all be pointing to the BCC.

I do hope honor code runs real well going to 2 turns as he could be the main obstacle to AP's run to glory.

JV riding tonalist again....

Sincerely : Hopefully he doesn't destroy him for a third straight time.

Glad he owned up to his 2 butcher jobs in the Met and Suburban. I respect that, now go out and ride him well this time JV.

I say Tonalist will be the MLF at about 5/2 - 3-1. Honor Code is a good horse, but he's only been two turns 3 times with 1 win.

Too bad AP isn't running in the Whitney.. you could've gotten 3-5

This is a terrific field. It's a throwback race to when I first started. I hope they all stay in.

Likely to be leading the pack out of the gate will be trainer Eric Guillot and Southern Equine Stable's Moreno (http://www.bloodhorse.com/horse-racing/thoroughbred/moreno/2010?source=BHonline), returning to New York from his California base to defend his Whitney title from last year. "If you're in front of me," said Guillot to trainer Todd Pletcher, "you went too fast."

They were asked about, here at PA, just days ago; they're back for a repeat. Like last year, Guillot will likely have voodoo dolls hanging in the barn, and above Moreno's head, swaying in the breeze, when he saddles him.

That's a strong, very competitive field. Should be a fun race.
