Don't follow harness, just a quick question, why just 4 cards? Does it get cold in August up there? :) How long is the season?

Are the new casinos that are coming up going to impact Buffalo raceway as well?

Thanks for the write up.Buffalo splits its racing with Batavia Downs which is about an hour northeast. Buffalo races January-July and Batavia races July-December.

The racing moves to Batavia Downs on Monday...they split the season...January-July at Buffalo...July to December at Buffalo. No new casinos planned in Buffalo in forseeable future so everything so should the way it is at Buffalo. Batavia Downs is about 30 minutes east of Buffalo Raceway right off the NY State Thruway.
