Chrome Extensions

I have a couple of extensions that I did not load and do not want and want to get rid of them, but Chrome tells me I have no extensions in the settings page, but in the Task Manager, I get this -

Any one else having Chrome problem like this? It is fairly recent. I think Chrome has been adding crap at updates lately.....used to be such a nice browser, now, pretty crappy.
