There's going to come a point where everyone with a some wealth and a functioning brain is going to take their capital and leave this country, allowing it to collapse onto itself. There are already people doing that. But the trickle will turn into Niagra Falls eventually.

The big problem is that the same types of dimwits have been running the rest of the world on and off for decades. So most of the world is on the same fast track to hell. There are very few "sound" places to run.

The trick is going to be divorcing yourself from the system to some extent while still be able to operate freely within the cesspool it will become.

In one of his runs for president, Trump advocated a "one time" wealth tax of 14.5% on the rich to pay down the debt. Like there was ever a "one time" tax in Washington.

I don't think he has mentioned it yet this time around, but I'd like to heat an explanation of where he stands on it now.
