Are there any members here that live in NJ/NY watch TVG
and utilize FIOS ?

Suddenly, all races are getting frozen at various points of call
for Bel/Mth..

I Would be interested if this issue involves other members as
FIOS has no reasonable explanation.

Think it is a signal problem from TVG. I have Cablevision and it has been jumpy and pixelating for some time.

Same here with fios/PA. I noticed it last night watching SA I can't believe they haven't addressed it yet. It's strange though because the audio doesn't freeze with the video.

Happening here on Long Island on Fios as well. Must be a TVG issue since everything is fine with the track feeds on Twinspires.

No problem today with TVG on DISH in South Jersey.

DISH here is perfect today.
I rarely have any problems with DISH.

TWC is, as usual, pathetic.

Gentlemen;

thanks for the prompt response. Tom, I ironically switched from Dish
after eight years to FIOS, what an F*(&^ng mistake. I actually receive
almost a daily solicitation from Dish.

I spoke to VZN late yesterday, they claim there is an inquiry filed
with TVG that has gone unanswered for several weeks.

Intersting that HRTV doesn't have the same issue, but now it doesn't
appear to show NY racing.

Perhaps this is a signal from the racing G-ds to start betting standadbreds?

Having same problem with Fios in Philly since 7/1. TVG picture freezes every 30 seconds. Sound is OK. No problem with HRTV. Is this a TVG or Fios problem? Very annoying!

WELL, JUST TO f**k THINGS UPON, THE TELECAST FROM BELMONT
IS AGAIN STALLING.

NOT THE CASE FOR ANY OTHER TRACK IN THE UNITED STATES.

I have FIOS and I am having the same problem with TVG. It makes it unwatchable.

I just turned on TVG on Verizon Fios and was greeted with the following message: "Programming is no longer available. Your Fios TV service is working."

I had been having the screen freeze for most of the last month as well.

I put in a complaint to FIOS, the rep told me it would be fixed by 5:15 AM TOMORROW, then it miraculously stopped happening about 15 mins later.

I have FIOS...was ok until about 30 minutes ago. Been freezing ever since.

At least you got a reply from TVG. I got none. Belmont signal on FIOS is absolutely awful. Is this a FIOS or TVG problem?

I emailed TVG and got exactly the same response. However, this evening I am receiving TVG
normally. Keeping my fingers crossed.

TVG answered my e-mai ltoday. They wanted my zip code. Don't know what is going on. This problem has existed for weeks. Time to fix it?
