The successor to Martin O Malley (the rain tax govner) has been diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. He is 59 years old. This state finally gets a common sense leader and look what happens. Prayers going out to him and his fanily.

His is aggressive and far along, but it responds well to chemo from what i read.
