If you are not into politics that much, the link I am providing will probably bore you. For me, it was an interesting read and I happen to agree with the plaintiffs in the case. When allocating seats in state legislatures and congressional districts, the right way to decide it is based on citizens and NOT the number of people in a district. If the Supreme Court rules in favor of the plaintiffs, the Republicans will no doubt come out ahead.
The article says apportionment will not be affected. This seems a little confusing to me. I think that should also be included, since they should only be looking at citizens.
