Here Is My Situation,,,,I take the betting number from the form,,,Make my bet on the 10th @ Wo,,,

3with 4with2,7,8,14, 1$ Tri

This is an advance bet,,,,The screen shows the 11 & 12 scratched,,,,

I leave the track ,its now 7.30 pm i check the results.

3wins 4places 7shows 11 is 4th

The problem is they post the results 2wins 3places

7shows 11 is 4th

They seem to be using the post numbers on the

entries up to the 6th then switch to the program

numbers after 6th,,,,The 14 was a AE was a late

scratch,,,,somehow 13 is issued the 14 program #

Handicapping can be stressfull, I just found a new

level,,,,,Maybe you players can explain,,,,,

#2 in the results,,,,#4 Northern Executive Shows up

as #3 in the results,,,,There seems to be breakdown

not sure I understand what you're saying, so far as I know post positions and the order they are in the form mean nothing, the program is what counts. If your program does not match the horses, I've never seen that.

"There seems to be breakdown between the DRF & the track program..."

Never, ever, ever place a bet on a horse(s) without double checking the horse's numbers in the track program. The DRF is printed a couple of days ahead of time and any last minute changes WILL NOT be reflected.

To emphasize once again, NEVER place a bet before double checking the horse's program number in the official track program or on the Equibase or DRF website which will have any last minute changes.

I agree. Always go by the tracks own program. And of course, they are not responsible for printing errors.

True. Luckily it doesn't happen often. I was just refering to the fine print to cover their brown spot. But with more and more cappers betting online, we better hope their numbers are right.

Talk About Customer Relations

Today i was @ Wo,,,Decided to check out CR Re My

# problem,,,,After i explain the CR Rep agrees with

me and offered to refund me my total bets $72

I must admit her offer came as a surprise, which I

thanked her ,,,,She certainly has my vote on

customer service. She did say the track had made a

anouncment re the problem. I had made an advance bet

and left the track. I believe her name is Wendy Loiselle.

Regards,,,Rex You:D :D :)
