In looking at horse pedigrees, why do most sites always highlight the inbreeding that has occurred?
Why does this matter or important?
It would seem that these repeated chromosomes would be pretty diluted and wouldn't really make a difference one way or the other.
Just a thought.

Absolutely.. If you are interested, start from understanding what Rasmussen factor is about, and educate yourself about the major Female families.. It is a deep topic, but if you are willing to put the required effort, you understanding of the game will certainly become better and more complete...
