The Brooklyn went in 2.27 flat after some very slow early fractions of 113.4 for six furlongs. If AP wins the Belmont I hope it will be under 2.27 considering the field for the Brooklyn was not that strong. It would be very disappointing if AP wins in say 2.29 or slower.

I found it odd that the 1/2, 3/4 and 1m fractions were in exact 1/5ths. That can happen, but rarely does when the timer is working correctly. I'm not sure if they use Trakus time or not?

I will take the under lol. 2:26.65. A very respectable time for a TC champion.

Excellent time. Ran each half of the race in 1:13. Never slowed down.
