Tariq Aziz, Iraq's foreign minister under Saddam Hussein, who was Saddam's primary public spokesman in the run-up to the U.S. invasion of Iraq, and who was the eight of spades in the "Deck of Weasels" playing cards given to invading troops as one of the most wanted members of Saddam's regime, has died in prison at the age of 79.
