View Full Version : DRF Digital Issues
OK, so what is the deal on this?
Anyone using this?
I get an email and it say new price! $5.00.
So I click and go to the page, and then click to buy one.
Only problem is, you don't have any option of what date issue to buy.
So I go to the website directly and go the Digital page, many dates are available. However, price here is $8.00.
I thought maybe just the page was not updated, but when I select Download, I am asked to select a subscription. The single issue one is $8.00
So what Hell is going at DRF?
Can't they do ANYTHING right?

IMHO DRF sucks. I strongly suggest considering an alternative data source,

Just called the Cust Serv. dedicated to the Digital Edition.
Clearly, they have no clue what is going on. :bang:

I think an alternate game is more like it.
I would not look at DRF except for the Beyers.
Note: 2 years after reporting that the Beyer Pars section doesn't not work - is missing all the data headers, and no reply and the page is still worthless.

Again IMHO, the transition from beyers to a similar figure (like bris speed rating for example) is straight forward and relatively easy
I would not bet any serious money on a BRIS SR.
Besides, I have years and years of databases build off the Beyers.
I have no intention of starting over.

I understand.
Still is not that complicated as it sounds..
I know- I've done it.
It takes a lot of time.to get enough data to do what I do with it.
