BTW.....Rudy R. and his vet each were handed a 3k medication hit the other day.
No suspension for Rudy though........what a shock!
They even cut his fine in half to 1500.
Told him to be a good boy for awhile.

sadly this is standard operating procedure in this industry. this is exactly why I don't think you'll see a national drug policy. At least one with any teeth or any merit. It's disgusting.
