I always do, but I do worst on the Preak undercard. I do well on Fridays over Saturdays typically, too.

Big fields though on Saturday though, especially on the 5f turf and the turf route after.

Belmont pick 4 I'm best.

You singling in the Preakness?

I recall the pick four at belmont has a 25% take out. Far too high for my taste....eevn though i like that particular exotic. I usually only play exactas...doubles....and their lower takeout pick five in NY. {No tris/supers/pick 4's} No idea what Pimlico's % rake is....but i will check before i handicap the sequence. The Maryland based track does not normally get my attention. Guarantees or not....I now refuse to play into the higher hurdle rates anywhere in the country. Plenty of other track 'opportunity' out there--- without having the pool stripped of an outragious amount.

just checked the HANA website. According to their chart the takeout on the pick threes and pick fours are over 25%....similar in their tris and supers...ouch! No handle from me in those pools even if it is the Preakness day. On the other hand---it shows only 12% on their pick five.

12% on which track's Pick 5, Belmont or Pimlico?

Pimlico...definite value in the pick 5 both today and tomorrow...no apparent universal singles with possibly the exceptions of Stopchargingmaria today and AP tomorrow, although I just notice scratches are already taking their toll on the card today...really liked Miss Ella in the eighth as my single
