Record Keeping in Excel?

Does anyone have a halfway decent Excel spreadsheet where they keep their wagering records?

I am partly lazy, but also partly curious as to how each person structures it. I have finally decided to stop my half-assed record keeping and get real.

What type of information are you looking to track?

Do you want to track specific wagers in different types of races (i.e. turf, MSW, sprints etc...) or just in exactas, tri's and so forth?
