If they are still winning at the 32-33% clip across most racing circuits, does anyone have a breakdown on the percentages by odds.

1-5 or less
2-5
3-5
4-5
1-1
6-5
etc... Up to about 3-1 favorites.

Just so I understand your table....

Does line 2 show of the 17 matches 94.12% won (which would be approx. 16)?

Or, is it showing for odds of 0 - 0.1 there were 17 winners which was 94.12% of the total (which means the total was approx. 18)?

No.. It means that there were exactly 17 starters whose odds ranged form 0-0.1 and 94.12% of them won.
