Use a past contender that ran at GP.

That's what I'm looking for now.

Upstart is gaining steam... at least on this board...

Probably not as much as Baffert buying a last-minute Derby entry.

since wednesday april 22nd is going to go down as paceadvantage.com Upstart appreciation day let me just add he is also a classic stalker type who could benefit from a speed duel if one was to break out. His Holy Bull win is pretty impressive and really put away Frosted. Gotta figure also that in the Florida Derby if Materiality and Upstart flip flop trips Upstart probably wins, runs a even bigger beyer and is quite possibly the 3rd choice ahead of Carpe Diem...

IMO, the derby winner will have between a 104 to 108 beyer.

I really wish we could have seen the top 10 or so contenders race once over the GP track.....just to see if they could handle it like Materiality & Upstart......as we all saw how bad the rest of the field looked in the Fla derby losing by at least 21 lengths.

true the beyers Upstart and Materiality had are really high. according to the beyers they ran a better race then Americanm Pharoah in the Arkansas Derby... something seems off there... the times were way different

is there accessable data comparing horses that ran at gulfstream then the next race ran on a different track

im starting to think taking 200 bucks and putting it on Upstart to show might be my best bet... prob would pay about 700 and a i probably got a better chance of hitting that then taking the same 200 and mixing up the exotics with maybe win bets on Frosted and Firing Line
