Favorite win % and track takeout info

Where can I find stats on favorites for different tracks. Also takeout % and roi's? Trackmaster has some of this but not everything.

I only am responding to take out (retention rates). I do believe HANA has a page dedicated to the rates of take out in flat racing. Can't recall if they have a page for harness racing though. I did create one for my site about 10 years ago using the local track (MEADOWS) page of their on track program that listed those harness tracks but with time, rates go up and down.
