I think that I have finally found the pattern for the ACTION WAGERS.

Remember the **ACTION** marked horses are bet at any odds.

The other two (3/1 & (5/1) will provide a price. Bet CONDITIONAL WAGERS,
and the odds will take care of the rest.

That price horse is always there, just a matter of cashing it.

Do not worry about missing some short price winners.
