Nice pick on the 3 In the 6th at Penn
GTC needs a tweaking on Evangeline for some reason nothing's popped yet but it's only been 2 days there. Strange track

The #3 horse in the sixth race at Penn tonight was not a system pick by virtue of being under 3/1.

I agree with you about Evangeline in general: it takes awhile for the track to get into "form."
