She has had 61 more years to practice than the average 16 year old. You can't get that bad overnight.

Although it looks like the aide coaching her might have added the competence of a 16 year old to the mix.

While it is funny, absurd and stupid beyond belief, I must say that I dislike the fact that it is labelled as "Parking Like a Democrat."
