Last October, the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Wisconsin law requiring a photo ID to vote was constitutional. The ACLU appealed that ruling to the Supreme Court.
Today SCOTUS declined to hear that appeal, so the law stands as passed.
