If the 1st selection is not the favorite, that is the bet. If he is favored, and the 2nd choice is no higher than 4th choice, that is the bet. If neither of the above two conditions are met, I'll bet the 3rd selection providing he is no higher than the 6th public choice.

5-1 and over, split the bet WP.

This is just a test. I'm taking a break from real betting, trying to find a way to increase my volume of bets while maintaining profits.

Last night, by the method, $16 in, $7.60 out. Cost myself a $15 winner by selecting the 9 in the 3d first not realizing he has been off nearly 2 years! I just assumed 2003, didn't notice 2002 until later. That's part of handicapping though, attention to detail.

I'm going to keep posting in this thread for at least a few more weeks.

Starting to turn it around, good day yesterday, decent today.

8 races bet (8th was a pass), 2 wins, one place on a WP bet. Winners paid 7.40, 10.80, and place in the last paid 8.20. For every 16 bet, 22.30 back. Last night was 14 bet, 31.30 returned. Be back tomorrow.

Decent day yesterday, played 9 races, hit with 8.60 and 13.80 winners...love those turf stakes!

Hopefully, I'll have time today to recap the first two weeks. Definitely a good week this week, not good the first week.

The reason I am trying this is I am looking to increase the volume of my bets. With the 7% rebate at Pinnacle, even a slight loss with much more volume is a good proposition for me.
