I'd say, without knowing any other particulars, that the casino should take the issue up with the card vendor, rather than the players...

Personally, I can only imagine what a burden it would be, having to make up the most likely already spent kash, well after the score....

I have been to Vegas and many other gambling venues, many numbers of times during my 70 years, but nowadays, I say "screw ALL casinos"....

One way street, it seems...

This is a bad precedent, if you are running a gambling game, its on you to make sure you don't get punked.

Gambling companies deciding that they want their money back because THEY screwed up just isn't going to fly.

Maybe they ought to lose their license.

"The owner of the casino, Texas billionaire Tillman Fertitta, originally decided to let the players keep their winnings, but that offer was contingent on them dropping other claims they made against the casino, including illegal detention, which they declined to do."

So...they wanted to get paid and be right?

Idiots.
