Race One:
:2: All of The Olives Love picks up the services of Edgar Paucar (I find him to be one of the better jocks on the Ohio circuit). This Awesome Gain-bred filly has faced better. Any moisture would help. This owner-trainer just doesn’t seem to win, yet he has hit the board with regularity. Maybe, just maybe, today is the day this filly wins out her lifetime conditions.

:5: Saffron Sky. Can Edgar Paucar sweep the early double? This mare had an awkward start in her last, yet came flying at the end to get second. A cleaner trip…

Race Three:
:4: One Hot Romance appears to be the class here. She’s run against better at Mountaineer and Ellis Park. Second in her last in this general company, albeit on a muddy track which she’s bred to love. Still, she appears to be the class here.
Also: :5: Summertime Sadness (watch the tote); :2: Elevensixtyseven; :1: Blazing Lightning.
Race Four:
:4: Keeneland Kitten has raced against tougher at some of the most prestigious tracks in the country. Yes, the gelding has been away for a couple months, and I’d probably prefer to see her in in a route or on the grass, still… If this gelding is anything, he should prevail.

:1: Jewelynamber is my longshot try in this route. The trainer has a record of three wins in three tries. She’s also good when going from AW to dirt. Might just surprise at a price.

Race Six:
:4: Miss Clark Country looks like the horse to beat. A little moisture wouldn’t hurt. Second at Mountaineer in her last. Solid jockey-trainer combo.

Race Seven:
:5: Carolyn ships in from Hallandale, FL where she was overmatched. Now finds a field that this Farma Way-bred filly should handle. Solid jock-trainer combo.

:5: Goodness Greycious looks like the horse to beat. This roan gelding should be out and going on the break. Just missed in his last in this company.
