Just scanned the Mohawk card for Sun. May 23/04. The first three races are for amateur driving championships. No thanks. I'm not going to risk my money betting on a race with amateur drivers!

The rest of the card doesn't look that great either for betting purposes, with the exception of the 7th race. That's about the only race I might bet. Depends on who might get scratched and the number of scratches in that race.

Joe G, Melman, SQ, or Exactman might find more races they like on this card than I do. Everyone has their own betting preferences.

If any of these guys are in the "amateur" races....watch out for they are far from being amateurs! All have been harness drivers for years and are very experienced!
