Don't these guys ever learn? Pacific Classic will be his final BC Prep according to the trainer. That two month layoff stategy has proven pretty weak in the past!

Why change what's worked in the past? The layoff from the SA Handicap to the Special is just as long the layoff he'll face from the Pacific to the Cup, and nobody complained about the results there. And having three races in two months may make him need that said layoff.
