Pocono Downs

Pocono has kept their high takeout rates for 2015. They even got rid of the 15% takeout pick 3. They now seem to be offering Pick 3,4, and 6 at a 25% takeout rate.

It is a real shame to see.

Chester has kept their high rates as well. I give the Meadows much respect for lowering Trifecta % significantly.
