what a nightmare, there's nothing worse than sitting on a plane which is not moving not knowing when it will begin to move.
In my opinion there should be emergency deplaning procedures for these cases, specially fitted buses that can shuttle people off the plane.

that situation waas outright stupid. After an hour that plane should have been unloaded. How smart do you gotta be to outsmart this.

That airline should get a no-fly protest.
