This may be a year or so from the past, but still, see how you do, gentlemen. And don't cheat!! No hands, now, and certainly, don't ask your wives to help you down or up. ;)

I don't think, of course, that its conclusive as to how long we will live, not at all. Anything can come to us. But it is a good indicator of fitness, of joint function, etc.

Maybe it would be better if the trial had included ages 40-80, as opposed to 51 to 80. There are many folks in poor shape, obese even, having serious problems with their heart, their weight, muscle, and joints, by age 40. Too sedentary. Don't have to respond to my post, but for your own sake, JUST DO IT, as Nike says.

I hope every one of you score a 10 and live to be 100. :)

I'm going to make excuses for myself. This exercise has to be easier for Julie Krone than for a guy who is 6 foot 2 with a 35 inch inseam. Maybe Cratos can explain why. :)

The person who puts 70 and 80 year-olds through this exercise must be affiliated with some hospital somewhere.

Probably a chiropractor looking to expand his practice.
