Software Download Site?

Sure, there are plenty of sites where you can download software written by a single company or author... but I'm wondering if anyone knows of any sites where you can download horse racing related software from various authors.

For instance, a site where you download general utilities (a morning line tool, a kelly tool), download handicapping software from various companies, download past performance analysis tools of various types... etc...

Any such beast out there?
