IMHO, only three things can kill all of us.

1. the sun doing something crazy (not even mentioned!!)
2. An asteroid of sufficient size to create a worldwide lack of photosynthesis
3. A germ that cannot be eradicated and that can spread easily.

Everything else mentioned would not take humans out entirely. Some of the suggestions are fanciful and give a glimpse into the writer's political leanings. :D
