Scratched Horse Wins!

The 3 horse in the 3rd Hialeah showed as a scratch (at least on Twinspires), but end up running and wins. Totally fubared my pick 3's and 4's. Twinspires doesn't even have the P4 results.

I'd argue for a refund of some sort. How were you supposed to know?

They declared an all for P3's and p4's - still trying to calculate the P4 payoffs a race later

According to Equibase, looks like 2/3 in the Pick 3 and no Pick 4 payouts shown. Perhaps this was an issue at the track instead of TS?
