Refresh my memory...Isn't the Rainbow 6 more of a sucker than a normal Pick 6 at another big track?

Some think the Rainbow 6 is a better bet because you can bet it for 10 or 20 cents (depends on the track) and even though they lop off a part of the payout to give to the next day's carryover, there are so many "Stabbers" in the pools on no hoper horses, that if you hit the payout with a bunch of realistic horses, the payout isn't so terrible.

With a regular pick 6, its much harder to actually HIT because of the 2 dollar minimum wager.

Rainbow is only a good bet on mandatory payout days.

A regular pick 6 also pays 5/6.

Though I remember once last year GP's did.

🎇 I don't know that his analysis accounts for the likelihood that a bettor that wins a standard pick 6 likely has numerous consolation tickets too.
