Illegal immigrants receiving "temporary" amnesty under Obama's imperial decree will be given work permits, which includes a Social Security number. Once someone has a SSN, that person can file for Earned Income Tax Credits (EITC). EITCs are refundable credits, which means you can get a refund even if you didn't actually have any tax liability.

Sit down and take a deep breath, here it comes. IRS Commissioner John Koskinen told Congress on Wednesday that once they get Social Security numbers under President Obama’s temporary deportation amnesty, illegal immigrants who didn’t pay taxes will be able to claim the EITC retroactively for the three previous years by filing amended returns for those years.

And if the illegal didn't file a return, he can still file an "amended" return anyway.

Obama KNEW that illegal aliens would get these tax refunds. Just remember what Obama said to Joe the Plumber.

"I want to spread the wealth so EVERYONE can get ahead." I bet the American people didn't realize at that time that he also meant illegal aliens also. This is the ONE promise that Obama has kept.

With all the tax advisors, tax specialists, tax lawyers running around the WH there is no question he knew this was coming.
