cleaning out the basement and found this book:"handicap!" finding the key horse. one of the authors is David l. Christopher who created the software
"winning at the track" any one ever use this 'ware? he writes 'computers are a tool...the old saying still holds garbage in garbage out"

a powersaw is a tool too, but I would rather have one if I was building a house.
