BRIS instant program handicapper selections

I'm curious about the handicapper selections that are in the BRIS instant programs. These are not the same as the Twinspires Top 3 picks or the Profit Line picks that are available to Twinspires players. Anyone know if these are computer generated? No information regarding the source of these on BRIS website.

I don't know what he is referring to by the "Twinspires top 3" picks? Where does one find these picks unless he means they are the Morning Line picks or the Profit line picks?

Sorry for confusion. The twinspires top 3 appear in the twinspiresTV interface when you select handicapping view. They are typically the top 3 prime power horses but not always. They also appear in the "Insiders Picks and Power plays" product which you get for free if you wager on the track in question. The profit line picks also appear in the twinspiresTV interface and also in the classic interface under tools.

Letswastemoney is correct that the picks in the instant programs are based on the morning line. I didn't notice that before.

As far as I know, based on an algorithm using BRIS ratings like class, pace and speed, among a few other things.
